Hospitality Room is always stocked with homemade cookies, cakes, brownies and treats, all provided by volunteers.  Thank you.

This is a great way to be of SERVICE to your fellow conference goers, and something anyone can do.  We count on all our Cookie Bakers to make the Hospitality Room at the Roundup great.  

If you wish to bake something, click the link below and indicate how many “dozens” you will be bringing.

 

PLEASE NOTE that the hotel does not permit store bought items—you may buy cookie dough or mixes, but they have to be baked at home!!
 

Please help us continue this tasty tradition.  We need between 6,000-9,000 treats to keep the Hospitality Room stocked for Thursday thru Sunday noon. This in turn requires 100 to 150 folks to bring between 3 and 6 dozen treats.
